Your friendly AI assistant

Hi, I’m Pond.

I keep the whole day moving together

Your inbox, calendar, tasks and files, all working like one pond.

Nothing in a pond works alone

A pond only works because every part carries the others.

A pond only stays balanced because the water, reeds and fish all carry each other, and your day runs the same way: a mail decides a meeting, a meeting creates a task, a task waits on a file. Most AI answers one question at a time and leaves you to carry things between the pieces. Pond treats them as one connected system, so helping with one part means keeping the rest in step.

Good morning, Alex.

Three things need a decision. Your next meeting is at 10:00.

Ask Pond anything…

    Email

Keeps your inbox from becoming a second job. Pond summarises threads, flags urgent messages, finds unanswered emails, drafts replies and helps you follow up.

    Calendar

Protects your time. Pond spots clashes, finds open slots, preps you for meetings, reschedules when plans change and reminds you before important moments.

    Tasks

Catches what slips. Pond finds overdue work, prioritises what matters, turns notes into tasks and keeps deadlines visible.

    Reminders

Remembers the little things: one-off nudges, recurring checks and condition-based reminders when something changes.

    Files & desktop

Finds the thing you were looking for. Pond locates documents, organises files, pulls information together and helps move work between apps.

    Research & writing

Turns a messy question into something useful: research, compare, summarise, draft, rewrite, structure and prepare material for the next step.

    Multi-step work

Handles the bits between the big task. Pond chains actions across apps so a request becomes an outcome, not a list of instructions.

    Background watches

Keeps checking so you don't have to. Pond watches for a reply, deadline, update or other condition, and brings it to you when it matters.

A second set of eyes on your day

One assistant. A lot less tab-hopping.

You just read the list. Here’s what it looks like on an ordinary Tuesday: the same parts of your day, arriving all at once.

    Files & Watches
Priya's reply is drafted from the Q4 brief, version 3.
Pond is already watching that exact file for version 4.
    Calendar & Files
Today's meeting brief was built from one email, two events and three files.
Move the design review, and Pond already knows that brief needs a second look.
    Tasks & Files
The launch checklist file isn't tied to one task. It backs three.
Clear its real prerequisites, and the rest of the list moves with it.
    Watches & Follow-up
Still no reply on the supplier quote after three days.
Pond is already watching that thread, not waiting for a reminder to check.
    Tasks & Inbox
Reviewing the Halden proposal isn't just a task on a list.
It's tied to Daniel's email and the proposal file itself.
    One number, not four
    3 decisions, 3 replies, 1 clash, 2 watches.
Pond counted all of it once. You don't have to count it four times.

tap or move to look around

    From request to outcome

Ask once. Pond handles the steps.

The useful part is not one clever answer. It is Pond carrying the job through the little actions that come after the answer.

    Inbox

Find any client emails from this week that I have not answered, tell me which are urgent, and draft replies for the top three.

    Calendar

Check today’s calendar, flag any clashes, move the flexible meeting and remind me 15 minutes before the next call.

    Tasks

Show me what is overdue, group it by priority and help me clear the three tasks that matter most.

    Meeting notes

Take yesterday’s meeting notes, turn the decisions into tasks, add sensible deadlines and prepare a follow-up summary.

    Follow-ups

Watch for a reply from the supplier. If nothing arrives by Friday afternoon, remind me and draft a follow-up.

    Version control

Find the latest version of the proposal, compare it with the previous one and tell me what changed.

    Research

Research three options for the tool we discussed, compare price and fit, and put the recommendation into a one-page brief.

    Files

Gather the files for tomorrow’s presentation, rename them consistently and put them in one folder.

    Workload

Check my next week for overloaded days and suggest where I can move lower-priority work.

    Monday mornings

Every Monday morning, give me the important emails, overdue tasks, upcoming deadlines and meetings I should prepare for.

    Deadlines

When this document changes, tell me what was updated and whether it affects the deadline.

    Replies

Prepare a reply to this thread, attach the correct file, but ask me before you send it.

    Helpful before you ask

Pond can keep an eye on the background stuff.

Some work does not need another tab open. Tell Pond what to watch, and it can keep checking in the background and bring it back when there is actually something worth your attention.

    pond — watching

    Runs in the background

No extra tab, no extra app.

Speaks up only when it matters

Quiet the rest of the time.

Watches what you point it at

Inbox, calendar, tasks, files and more.

    • Your 14:00 moved. I found a new gap at 15:30.
    • This invoice is due tomorrow.
    • Sarah has not replied in three days. Want me to follow up?
    • You asked me to watch the Q4 brief. A new version landed.
    • Two overdue tasks are now blocking Friday's launch.
    • The meeting agenda changed. I pulled out the new decisions you need to prepare for.

Useful when it matters. Quiet when it doesn't.

    How Pond works

    1. 01

      Connect what you choose

Email, calendar, tasks, files, browser and other supported tools.

    2. 02

      Tell Pond what matters

One-off task, outcome, recurring routine or something to watch.

    3. 03

      Pond works across the steps

It gathers context, moves between tools and prepares the work.

    4. 04

      You stay in control

Important actions can pause for review or approval.

    5. 05

      Reuse the routine

Useful workflows can become repeatable instead of being rebuilt every time.

Works where your work already lives
    • Email & messaging
    • Calendars & meetings
    • Tasks & project management
    • Documents & cloud drives
    • Browser & web research
    • Desktop files & local workflows
    • Notes & knowledge tools
    • Recurring automations & watches

Fewer handoffs, fewer tabs, and a day whose parts finally move at the same pace.

    Your computer. Your rules.

Helpful does not mean out of your control.

Pond should make its access and actions understandable. You choose what it can work with, what it can do automatically and what should stop for your approval.

    Choose access

Connect only the tools and information Pond needs.

    Review important actions

High-impact actions should be easy to gate behind approval.

    See what happened

    Keep activity understandable.

    Pause anytime

Automation should be easy to stop or restrict.

    Keep routines intentional

Recurring watches should be visible and manageable.

Calm water, not a louder alarm

Friendly enough to live on your desktop. Capable enough to trust with the boring stuff.

Pond is not there to turn every moment into a productivity score. A healthy pond is quiet, and most of the work holding it together never surfaces. That is the job: take the checking, chasing and small admin out of the gaps, and leave the surface calm enough to think on.

A nudge when something matters. A hand when there are too many steps. Quiet when you are already on top of it.

    Before you ask

A few things people usually want to know.

    What exactly does Pond do?

Pond works across your email, calendar, tasks, files and the other tools you already use. It doesn't just answer questions. It carries the small actions that come after the answer, so a request turns into a finished outcome instead of a list of instructions for you to run yourself.

How is this different from ChatGPT or another AI assistant?

Most AI answers one question at a time and leaves you to carry the result into the next app yourself. Pond treats your inbox, calendar, tasks and files as one connected system, so helping with one part means keeping the rest in step. Think of it as a second set of eyes on your whole day, not a chat window you have to keep prompting.

    What can Pond connect to?

Whatever you choose to connect: email and messaging, calendars and meetings, tasks and project tools, documents and cloud drives, your browser, desktop files, notes, and recurring watches. You pick what it can see. Nothing is connected by default.

Does Pond act on its own, or does it check with me first?

Both, depending on what you set up. Low-stakes housekeeping can run in the background; anything higher-impact is designed to pause for your review or approval first. You can pause or restrict automation at any time, and see what it's done.

Is my data safe with Pond?

Control comes first by design: you choose what Pond can access, high-impact actions can be gated behind approval, and activity is meant to stay understandable rather than hidden. That said, Pond's underlying architecture isn't built yet, so this site doesn't make formal security or compliance promises. Those come once there's a real system to certify, not before.

Is the dashboard on this page showing real data?

No. It's an interactive preview built on sample data, labelled as such throughout. You're welcome to click through it (try Home's “Review reply”), but nothing you do there touches a real inbox, calendar or account.

What's the difference between the plans?

Personal covers your own inbox, calendar and tasks. Plus adds research, writing, multi-step requests and background watches. Team adds shared routines and visibility across a few people. Enterprise adds custom access review, dedicated onboarding and organisation-wide admin controls. There's no live pricing yet. These are the tiers opening for early access.

How do I actually get access?

Click “Join early access” on the plan that fits, or “Talk to us” for Enterprise. Each opens a pre-filled email so your request lands directly, tier and all.

Does Pond work on my phone, or just my computer?

This preview is built around your computer: the emails, files and tools that live there. A dedicated mobile experience isn't part of what's shown here.

Give your day some breathing room.

Let Pond hold the connections between your tools, move the admin and surface only what matters, so the whole day settles into something that works together instead of something you keep stitching by hand.
