Design only: you receive the designs, not a built website. They are ready for you or a developer to build from.

How it works

  1. Tell me what you need

    Email me the package you want, what you do, any brand assets you already have, and your deadline.

  2. Agree it in writing

    I send a short confirmation with the price, timeline and what is included. You reply “Agreed” and pay the first half.

  3. Previews and revisions

    You see previews as the work progresses and get the revision rounds listed in your package.

  4. Approve and receive your files

    Once you approve, you pay the second half and receive the final editable files and exports.

Not included

  • Building a website, coding, hosting, domains or email
  • Logos or full brand identity, unless a package names a channel mark
  • Photography, video editing and animation
  • Writing copy from scratch, or posting to and managing your accounts
  • Paid advertising, or any promise of followers, views or sales
  • Stock images and paid fonts, unless itemised on your quote

Good to know

  • Prices are set in South African rand and no VAT is charged. Overseas clients can pay in their own currency: prices in other currencies are approximate, and your quote confirms the exact amount.
  • South African clients pay by EFT to my FNB account; overseas clients pay by PayPal. I send the payment details with your invoice, never on this page.
  • Half to start, half when the work is approved. The second half is due within 7 days of approval, and final files are released once it is paid; until then you see previews.
  • The deposit is not refundable once work has started. If I do not hear from you for 14 days, the project is parked and the deposit stays.
  • You own the final designs once you have paid in full.
  • Each package includes the revision rounds listed. Extra rounds cost R600 each, or R300 for a thumbnail.
  • Turnaround starts when I have your deposit and everything I asked for, and pauses while I wait for your feedback. I turn each revision round around in 2 to 3 days, and thumbnail revisions within 24 hours. If I am already booked, I will quote you the real date.
  • I reply within one working day, usually in the evening. Calls are on weekday evenings from 19:00 or weekends from 08:00 to 15:00, South African time.
  • I may use AI tools for ideas and drafts. The final designs are made and checked by me, and I do not use AI-generated images in your files unless you agree.
  • I may show finished work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
